DR. YASEEN KARIM
Pain Management Physician & Anesthesiologist

Dr. Karim is a Long Island native and grew up in Nassau county. He completed his medical education at SUNY Downstate College of Medicine in Brooklyn. He went on to complete his residency training in anesthesiology at the Icahn School of Medicine Mount Sinai West and Morningside Hospitals. He then completed his Fellowship in Interventional Pain Management at the Mount Sinai Hospital. 

 

After completing his training, Dr. Karim served as the Director of Pain Management at NYCHHC’s Woodhull Hospital in Brooklyn. He is dual board certified in pain management and anesthesiology. Dr. Karim approaches pain in a holistic manner and tailors an approach specific to each patients needs.
